Nebraska bass ponds

Current Report
Been having a ball with largemouth bass in various un-named bass ponds around my home state. these are private waters, but I've hard great success with a friendly knock. I haven't found anything huge, but the bass are more than whilling to hit a Whitlock fron or any other surface fly. I've also managed a few large carp but they are much harder to catch on a fly. Instead of a popper, small "swimming" type nymphs seem to be the trick. Best of all, there's no one around.
