Current Report
With the MN and WI trout seasons closed as of Sept. 30, us midwesterners must turn to SD or Iowa. The fall fishing in the black hills has been great. Rapid Creek below Pactola Reservoir has been fishing great. The brown trout have been eagerly taking small dries and small emergers. For the big fish, turn to the reservoirs. the rainbows on deerfield have been very active and the big browns should be moving up out of pactola to spawn. enjoy the rest of the fall.
