Current Report
The Central North Island season is off to a great start. The Tongariro river is still cattying large numbers of fish with some late spring runs from Lake Taupo. The Ruakituri river in the East got off to a wonderful start with some magnificent Rainbows and Browns up to 8lb. The smaller streams have been carrying a little more water than normal and will fish well when levels fall a little. Both accommodation and guiding is still available during our peak season from January to March. April, May and June also fished extremely well last season. Visit our website for more information.
