Current Report
The Place: this afternoon we floated the Chimehuín river from the town to the Manzano pool. The Equipments: rods number 5 and 6 with floating lines. The Flies: we used nymphs like Montana and masarta with good results and streamers like Dr. Lecter and Perez Castaño with out standings results. The Fishing: was the last fishing afternoon of the group so we decided to go to the Chimehuin river from the town to the Manzano pool. At the morning we had gone to the Malleo and we came back to the town to fish in the Chimehuin river in the best hours. We had many strikes under the trees with nymphs and streamers. When we crossed the confluence with the Currhué river the sizes turned better. We caught big browns and rainbows too. The last afternoon was out standing so we felt very funny for the great fishing. The Weather: was a windy and sunny afternoon.
