Current Report
Due to recent spring rains and melting snow the Muskegon river looks to remain unfishable for a few more days. The river is about 3.5 feet higher than normal. The PM has crested and is on the drop, although it is still high and un wadeable for the average angler there should be a decent number of fish in the system in the next few weeks. The weir has passed more than 100 fish in the last week or so and plenty more will be coming as the water drops.Try large eggs and nymphs until the water drops.Fish will be looking for that prime gravel again once the temps warm near 40 degrees again. For more info please check out our website. Still a few days open this spring if you would like to get out with a profesional guide service. check us out at....www.riversbendguideservi ce.com
