June 26, 2008 Manistee River: Water temp: Lower - Mid 60's Water Levels: Above average Hatches: Iso's, Stones, Hex! The famous Hex hatch has started on the Manistee River! This hatch has been pushed a couple of weeks later into the calendar then years past. Look for best fishing to start just after sunset with Hex spinners, and followed as a general rule with a hatch of Hex duns about an hour later.
