John caught 4, all Browns on Emergers. I hooked a Bigger fish on a dry at least 17- 18+", and 1 14-15" brown on a nymph. Also missed and rolled a few on Dries. HATCHES- not very concentrated(sporadic)- Grey Fox,sulphurs,Grn. Drakes,Brn.drakes,marchbrns.C addis a few different species and midges, gnats,& flies. RISERS- Same thing not too many and very sporadic. John and I Floated Pine Crk. today about 10 miles or so. John used a one man pontoon and I used my kayak. It was a great trip, beautiful scenery, and just a fun time. Plus a good bit of research with the low/clear water we got to see the layout of alot of pools and see around how many trout were in them. #1 there was alot more suckers, carp, and bass than Trout. There was only one pool that we seen a good number of trout in but there were a few in each though. We only got to actually fish 4-5 pools there was alot of people out fishing, swimming, and boating. Plus with the cooler temp., cold wind, and rain showers we paddled most the time. The water is very low we hit bottom every couple 100 yds. or so +/- . It was fun time though and hopefully next spring the water will be better, but I will float it a few times this summer for Carp. Pray for RAIN...
