Current Report
Teri, Zac, and I floated the Rogue River late yesterday afternoon in the Adventure Center driftboat. We caught trout and one steelhead on October Caddis patterns. The weather remains very clear and nice, but not quite as warm as a few days back. The fall colors are really beginning to show up now. The spawning Chinook salmon are everywhere on their redds. Water levels remain low. There's more adult steelhead showing and being caught in the Grants Pass area and undoubtly they will be slipping up into the upper river soon.
