Fly Fishing For Tarpon in Boqueron Bay Puerto Rico By Capt. Francisco Rosario Reported on: November 22, 2005 It was Sunday morning when my friend Ricardo Ferrer went Fishing with me. The activity on the water was hot the tarpon roll over in all the direction. In the first cast I hooked up a 25 pounds tarpon on fly on a clouser minnow – the end of the day my friend and I release 8 Tarpon 1 Snook and 1 Jack on fly and 5 Tarpon on spinning.
