Description
Mike Mercer's Rag Sculpin will work on trout, bass, and any other fish that feed on sculpins and is easy to tie using Umpqua's new Ezee Bug material and a permanent marker.

Recipe

HOOK: $4-6 Tiemco 700.
THREAD: Brown 3/0.
TAIL: Tan Ezee Bug mottled with olive and brown waterproof marking pens on top and sides of flies.
BODY: Same as tail.
COLLAR: Medallion Sheeting or swiss straw, cut to shape, and marked with a brown waterproof pen to form fins.
EYES: I-Balz, sized to match hook.
HEAD: Same as tail.
