Description
This is my most versatile
bugger streamer fly that I
carry. Jokingly my brother
and I started calling this
fly the Producer because it
produces fish, Lots of
fish.
The name stuck and now my
family and friends cant seem
to get enough of the
Producer. It has caught
Rainbow Trout, Brown Trout,
Golden Trout, Steelhead,
Large and Small Mouth Bass,
Grass Carp, and many types
of Pan Fish. Because the fly
is tied in a reverse method,
it allows the head to be the
fattest part and there for
gets a lot of attention from
the fish. This fly also has
a great hook up ration
because the fish strike for
the head with a vengeance.
The hackle wrapped behind
the egg gives this fly a
great swinging motion not
seen in other bugger type
flies. This fly fishes well
when dead drifted below an
indicator, swung in the
currents, or jigged and
stripped in lakes and pools.
I have caught fish on this
fly all over the western
United States, I have given
many to friends and family
and heard nothing but great
feedback. This is a real go-
to streamer and a must for
every box.

RIB: 6/0 black or olive Uni-Thread.
UNDERBODY: Lead Wire .015".
BODY: Black or Olive Marabou.
HACKLE: Grey saddle hackle.
HEAD: Synthetic Orange Dubbing
WING: Wapsi Super Bright Dubbing Peacock (SBD194).
