For early spring and late fall Baetis hatches on the Fall River but is also a decent PMD imitation.

Recipe
HOOK: #16-20 Tiemco 2487.
THREAD: Olive 8/0 Uni-Thread.
TAIL: Bronze mallard fibers.
RIB: Fine gold or copper wire.
ABDOMEN: Olive biot.
THORAX: BWO Superfine dubbing.
HACKLE: Blue dun.
WING: Gray poly yarn, looped.
