great for small creek bass, crappie, large bluegil, and trout

Recipe

HOOK: size 10-2/0
THREAD: any type
TAIL: blue kiptail
WINGCASE: dyed blue hair
EYES: small silver bead chain
HEAD: blue yarn
Tying Instructions
put the eyes on 1st right up on the eye of the hook then add the tail. After start puting the wing case on right behind the eyes when done tye the blue yarn on and rap it around behind the eyes and on top of the hair (put as much hair as u like it. I put not alot on)
